Our Australia St. Dinners are filling up fast!

Continental Deli:
An Evening with Jauma Wines
WEDNESDAY 21 OCTOBER

For this dinner, the w**es came first. We've worked with James and Sophie Erskine and our w**e supplier VITICULT to select five w**es from James and Sophie Erskine's Adelaide Hills w**ery, with Elvis designing a menu around each pour.

From Chenin Blanc with charcuterie and Continental Gilda to Shiraz and Grenache with smoked pork, it's a w**e dinner where the food has been designed to match the w**es.

James and Sophie will be joining us on the night to share their passion for w**e and the stories behind what they do.

$135 per person, including food and w**e.

We didn’t even get a chance to tell you before the first dinner sold out!

We’ve just launched Australia St. Dinners, a series of one-night-only dinners at Osteria Mucca.

Our first, The Whole Tuna, sold out from one email before we even posted it here. So we’ve added another night.

MISTER GROTTO: THE WHOLE TUNA
Tuesday 22 September – SOLD OUT
Monday 21 September – BOOK NOW

Måns works directly with FMC fisheries, a fifth-generation fishing family in Ulladulla, who’ll be supplying the tuna for the night.

He’ll use one whole tuna from end to end, from belly rösti and sashimi to merguez-style tuna sausage and spice-crusted tuna chateaubriand. We won’t know exactly which tuna until closer to the night. It all comes down to what FMC catch and what’s at its best.

JOE’S TAVERN: THE FRENCH LEGENDS, PART 1
Tuesday 13 October - BOOK NOW

Elvis takes on iconic dishes from the chefs who have influenced him throughout his career, from Troisgros and Pierre Koffmann to Escoffier and Michel Bras, with Anthony Bourdain’s much-loved mortadella sandwich in there too.

One night was never going to be enough to cover the French legends, so this is Part 1.

Elvis cooks the dishes his mum Hilda made for him growing up, including spinach fritters, pork slow-roasted in milk, the Cariddi family lasagne and the torta she used to make him. Hilda will be there to make sure he gets them right.
