It’s been a turbulent time for the hospitality sector and unfortunately has been hit quite hard.

Our Surry Hills cafe had to close but we are pleased to say it will be relocating and reopening in the next few months.

Our Bronte cafe owners made a decision to leave the brand and we wish them all the best.

All our other cafes remain open. For our Sydney loyal customers we cant wait to see you in Manly or Dee Why soon.

Thanks so much for your loyalty and please continue to support local & small businesses ❤️

There is nothing better than a Paleo Porridge on a cold autumn morning - featuring pears and spices slow cooked in the oats and medjool dates and coconut yoghurt on top - deliciousness in a bowl.

All of our cafes are still TA only but this lifts tomorrow - please respect the social distancing rules in place - let’s keep flattening this curve so we can get things back to normal.

Thank you all for your continued support.
