Our kitchen team comprises of lovely and hardworking Nepalese individuals, and this day marks their Biggest Festival of the Year (i.e. Dashain). Dashain symbolises the victory of good over evil and is generally celebrated over a course of 10 days. Thus, in respect to Nepalese Culture & Tradition, we are giving our entire Kitchen Team a day off so that they can celebrate this Joyous Holy Festival with their family and friends 🥰
