HHHHHHHHeeeeeeeeeelllllllooooooo Beautifully Awesome People of Facebook, it's been a minute since I have posted anything, as I have been so busy lately.

I thought I'd quickly get on here and wish all the finalists of the Newman Chamber of Commerce and Industry Business Excellence Awards good luck tonight and that all local businesses here in town do such an amazing job with what they provided for our community, so where you can always shop locally, as it helps us all in the long run.

Now over the next few day's I will be posting some exciting news, with what I have coming up and in, so keep an eye out for that.

Lastly a huge shout out to a few things that allowed me to be part of there events. So thank you to East Pilbara Race Club, Pioneers Football and Sporting Club Newman, Newman Horse Club - Campdraft Rodeo & Gymkhana for allowing me to be part of your events, these where absolutely awesome and enjoyed it all.

HHHHHHHHeeeeeeeeeelllllllooooooo Beautifully Awesome People of Facebook, so today has 2 meanings to me.

First is, it is World Chocolate Day, so enjoy and appreciate that Chocolate, I am lucky enough to have a brother who is a chocolate maker back home in Dunedin, for a small up and coming place called OCHO, so if you're ever heading over to NZ and down south go have a look, they have so amazing stuff there.

Secondly it's my Nan's birthday, one of the great people, who influenced me through my life. Happy Birthday Nan.

Now to celebrate World Chocolate Day, here is a little known cocktail that I've added a little twist to. This is a great way to a: start your weekend, and b: enjoy World Chocolate Day.

So over the weekend I had the pleasure of doing the Bar for the NIDOC Ball.

This was an amazing event, and non alcohol as well, I had to get the creative side out and create a menu for this which I fully enjoyed.

Few thanks to people who helped me, because these things don't happen with out support from others.Firstly Simone Fenton , Skye Newanna Whaleboat, and Sammi Ryder, for the last minute save to help out. Also to Mel and Adrian from PPP Events, South Hedland, for the LED Bar, East Pilbara Maintenance, for the cool room hire, and Ice, Mia Mia Newman for lending me some stuff, Sarah from La Plancha Newman for lending me your juicer, Seasons Hotel, Newman Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the support and help, and Shire of East Pilbara for giving me the opportunity to do this event. So please support these people if you ever need any of what they do because they are all amazing people.

And if you ever need a Bartender for your Bar, event, or just to create a bar menu, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Hhhhhheeeeeellllloooooo Beautifully Awesome people of Facebook.

Today is 1 of my favourite days of the year, Winter Solstice or Shortest day, this is because we are on the up swing to Summer.

So make sure you celebrate this great day.

Now this cocktail I actually originally designed as a mocktail, and then a friend said if you change coconut water for coconut rum it would be a good cocktail.

Now the hardest part of creating these things is sometimes, thinking of a name, now the same friend gave me the name for this one, so credit for the name of this one goes to Mase Lėigh thank you Mase.
