Featuring a paddock to plate experience, fresh and off farm produce prepared with a fine touch overlooking the Robert Stein vineyard and estate. The menu is always seasonal and with that, brings us a careful selection of fruit and vegetables hand-picked by the chefs. Owner and head chef, Andy Crestani's menus are designed and created to pay homage to the land that surrounds us and the produce that it provides, using simple techniques that accentuate the freshness of the produce.

New Year’s at Pipeclay.

We’ll be closed for the week of Christmas, but we’ll be back to welcome you for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day with a special summer offering.

This year, we’ll be serving our Summer Chef’s Selection Menu for $150 per person, available across both days, along with a complimentary glass of sparkling, choose from Shiraz, Rosé or Chardonnay.

Beautiful food, exceptional w**e and summer dining overlooking the vineyard as we farewell 2026 and ease into the new year.

Some dishes earn their place on the menu, this is one of them!

Our baked haloumi has become a firm Pipeclay favourite, loved enough to keep returning, but never quite in the same way.

For spring, we’ve baked until golden and served with honey, chilli and mint, salty, sweet, a little heat and plenty of freshness.

If it’s your first time at Pipeclay, consider this one of the dishes you need to try.

We’re open Thursday to Sunday, so weekends are part of the job. We have casual and part-time hours available.

Guess what’s back on the menu… lamb cutlets.

This spring, they’re joined by spiced farm lamb backstrap, served with labna and spiced oil.

Rich, beautifully cooked lamb, creamy labna and just enough spice to bring everything together.
