🚨 MILK RUN 🚚 🥛… PLEASE HELP 🚨

The ripples of these lockdowns go deep through our community. Our beautiful cows can’t be turned on and off and we make our milk according to our consistent order. But when the phones start ringing with cancelled or changed orders to smaller volumes it affects our stock. 😭
So, folks, we are using our platform to help our own business.
We’ve got some excess milk (thousands of litres, in fact, 😱) that has 8-10 days shelf life left on it.
Here’s our plan - we have to act fast!
If we get enough interest, our plan is to come down to Melbourne tomorrow (Sunday) and sell it - literally out of the back of the truck (no stolen jokes about this one!) 🚚
If you live within 5kms of these locations, please ‘drive thru’ the carpark for milk collection.
Locations are:
• Pakenham Cardinia Cultural Centre (cnr Waterford Rise & Lakeside Blv) 10am -11am
• Narre Warren (Victor Crescent - THE GOOD GUYS ) 11.30am - 12.30pm
• Jells Park (Waverly Road & Netball Centre drive) 1pm - 2pm
*We are open to alternate location suggestions.
We have light and full cream jersey milk that come in a box of 6 x 2-litre bottles - there are also some bottles of 300ml creams. We are prepared to discount this milk to $20 a box just so we can hopefully cover our costs. 🙏
We certainly don’t want to disadvantage our existing awesome shop owners so we have selected these three areas where GJ isn’t stocked or is a bit harder to get. Hoping we’ve got this right (?).
Let your neighbour’s know. Get your community involved. Find some milk filled recipes and make some ice cream or cheese. Even take a bottle to your local cafe or supermarket as a sample or an essential workplace. And if you know anyone who uses bulk milk in their business, pass the message along.
We will monitor this post and try to respond to comments to accommodate any special requests etc.
When we arrive at the park locations we ask you to wait in your car and we will bring the milk to you for a COVID safe non-contact handover where you can pay with cash or card.
