Every now and then someone asks us what a tartine is. Fair question.

A tartine is a classic French open sandwich.

At Dreamer, you’ll find two on the menu:

🥑Avocado Tartine, served with whipped goats cheese, herbs, dukkah & basil oil.

🧡 Salmon Tartine, served with lemon crème fraiche, pickled red onions, cucumber, capers & herbs.

When we were creating this season’s menu, we knew our Coconut Cold Foam Coffee and Coconut Cold Foam Matcha had to be part of it. There’s something about the silky coconut foam that feels indulgent and comforting, even on the cooler days.

Every season, we spend time thinking about the dishes we’d genuinely want to eat ourselves.

And honestly? We love that something so simple has become part of your winter rituals.

This year’s Dreamer porridge is here:
slow roasted rhubarb, creamy oats, berry compote, coconut yoghurt, sprinkled with maple granola.
