There's no backing out now...

Opening day is finally here, and we're ready to throw the doors open and welcome you into our new home!

Now, a little favour...

If something takes a few extra minutes, the POS machine has a personality, or we accidentally send a vegetarian to someone who ordered a carnivore (we're hoping we don't 😬), we appreciate your patience while we find our rhythm.

Every business has a first day, and today is ours.

Most importantly, please be kind to our amazing young crew. They're the new faces of our business and will be working incredibly hard to look after every single person who walks through our doors. Your encouragement, smiles and kind words will mean the world to them.

This little shop has been a massive leap of faith for us, and we're all in. Give us a few weeks and we'll be running smoother than freshly stretched pizza dough.

Thanks for backing local, thanks for believing in us, and thanks for giving us the chance to prove that Mooloolah Valley deserves a bloody good pizza shop!

See you from 4:30pm...we'll have the ovens hot and the beers...well, we don't have those (sorry, no licence here!).

The announcement you've been waiting for...

After weeks of hard work, fresh paint, new equipment, and plenty of crossing the t's and dotting the i's, we're thrilled to announce that our food licence has officially been approved... and we've locked in our opening day!

Our doors will officially open at **4:30pm on Wednesday, 8th July**

This has been a huge journey, and we honestly can't wait to welcome you into our new home. Whether you're a long-time supporter or visiting us for the very first time, we can't wait to fire up the oven, serve the wood-fired pizza you know and love, and introduce you to the rest of our menu.

We offer takeaway, dine in (limited seating) and working on delivery too (within Mooloolah only).

As we prepare to open the doors to our new shop, we've made one tweak to our pizza menu...say hello to the Three Little Pigs!

Don't worry - everything else you know and love is staying the same. The same handcrafted bases, the same fresh ingredients, and the same authentic wood-fired flavour you've come to expect from us.

Whether you're grabbing dinner on the go or looking to slow down and enjoy it fresh from the flames, we've got you covered. We'll be offering takeaway, plus limited indoor and outdoor seating so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your pizza (and much more!) straight from the kitchen.
