It's the surprise inside the cheesecake when you cut it open that makes each & every cheesecake different. The way I'm feeling when I create your cheesecake will determine the surprise inside ... it could be chocolate Freddo Frog heads or Gummi Bears or mini mashmellows or broken up flake bars or fresh berries maybe homemade Turkish Delight ... you will not know until you cut into that first slice ... I hope you enjoy the surprise as much as I have enjoyed creating the sensation for you

So with stock running low it’s time to crank up the cooking … Plum Worcestershire Sauce is first … why … because it has to sit & do its thing for 4 weeks before you can use it & I need to use the 20kg I have frozen before my plum trees start fruiting again … might do Plum Crumble for next Friday night special at the Hill End FNC as well
