A friendly, energetic attitude and a love for great customer service.

Prior experience in hospitality or retail is desirable, but not essential—we provide comprehensive on the job training for the right person!

Reliability and a strong team-player mindset.

We’ve been learning from the coffee experts at Patio Coffee and found their Black Cat roast and a unique expressing technique that works perfectly for our Gelato.

It’s officially winter and the rain is well and truly here… so it’s time for some hot, sweet, comforting desserts ❤️

Like our gelato and sorbet, every dessert is made in house with options for house made drizzles and dipping sauces. Our winter menu has gooey chocolate lava cake, crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside churro fries and sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce.

Of course, you can get our ‘always scooping’ gelato and sorbets through winter too!

We all know someone who LOVES Turkish delight and this is the time for you to tag them to show that you’re thinking about them 🌹

This rosewater infused, creamy chocolate gelato with chunks of Turkish delight is something really special.

We’re open today and scooping from 3-9pm in Redwood Park

As always, everything is made and churned in store by our team who spend weeks perfecting these flavours - Loc even takes these photos (we know because we have to clean up the petals after 😂) 💅

It’s been feeling a bit… wintery lately - so it’s the PERFECT time to announce the latest winter menu dessert: Chocolate Lava Cake! 🤤🌋

Tested and perfected in the Glatisse kitchen, we think we’ve perfected the rich, oozy flavour of the ultimate indulgent lava cake… you’ll have to come in and try to see if you agree!

It’s probably the best way to celebrate that it’s a Friday ☺️
