Turns out the best part of owning a pizza shop isn’t the pizza 🍕 🌱

It’s waking up at 6am to feed the chooks. Slashing and pruning the olive grove. Growing food and caring for our 40 acre farm.

It’s harvesting produce, making dough, visiting local farmers, sourcing ingredients, making waffles, organising 21 staff, markets, filming our adventures and somehow running a pizza shop in between it all.

But more than anything, it’s the people. The friendships, the farmers, the conversations and the beautiful community growing around this little shop.

We are not just working, we are living.

And this is exactly the life we dreamed of creating. ❤️

We are now open EVERY Saturday from 12 to 2pm(ish)!

Wood fired pizza made with our slow fermented, stone ground dough and topped with beautiful produce from our farm and local farmers.

Your Saturday morning plans just got a whole lot sweeter! 🧇 Waffles are on tomorrow and every Saturday!

Our organic, gluten free Belgian waffles are made from scratch and cooked in our traditional cast iron waffle irons until golden and crispy!

With housemade ice cream, fresh berries, farm honey and edible flowers.

We were only going to do waffles once a month. 🧇 But you had other ideas!

So, waffles are now happening
EVERY SATURDAY at the shop!

9am to 12pm
Followed by pizza lunch 12pm to 2pm 🍕

Organic, gluten free and homemade from scratch. Cooked on our cast iron Belgian waffle irons and served with housemade ice cream and lots of beautiful toppings straight from the farm 🪏🌱

On Metung Market Saturdays we open a little earlier, 8:30am to 12:30pm.

Did you know we started off farming? 🫒 🪏

We didn’t love selling the harvest…
So we bought the local pizza shop
and put what we grow
on our pizzas 🤌🏽

We are calling it Paddock to Pizza!

We are open again and back on the paddles today from 4pm 🌱 🍕

ALSO, we will now be opening for waffles EVERY Saturday, followed by pizza for lunch. ✨
