Local Bigeye Tuna benefitting from the winter cold water, it came with very attractive Bigeye Toro (fatty belly) for me to prepare and present them to you. Come in tonight to enjoy the rich, smooth texture and melt in your mouth flavour of this beautiful Big Eye Tuna.

INTRODUCING NEW CHU~HI !!!

Calpico Chu~Hi: A Refreshing Japanese Chu~Hi made with Calpico’s signature creamy tart yogurt flavour with crisp Vodka and Sparkling Soda. A lightly sweet, gently tangy taste balancing soft dairy notes with a clean alcoholic finish.

Gari Chu~Hi: A clean Japanese Chu~Hi made with lemon vodka soda and fresh sushi ginger (gari). A touch of light citrus and soft sweetness with a sharp ginger bite.
