I grew up watching my father, Late Shri Nikku Ram Sharma, create legendary sweets at Pandit Di Hatti in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh. His famous Besan Barfi and Khoya Barfi are still remembered today.

What began as childhood memories became a lifelong passion. From kitchens across Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Singapore, and Australia, every experience shaped the chef I am today.
