A huge thank you to Simone Allario Piazzo for hosting such a memorable evening with us at Treviso. From vibrant Barberas to elegant Barbaresco and Barolo, it was a beautiful journey through Piemonte and the wines of Piazzo Comm. Armando.

Paired alongside five courses from our kitchen team — kingfish tartare with Oscietra caviar, handmade rabbit agnolotti, lamb osso buco and more!

Balbi Soprani Barbaresco 2022 | Piedmont, Italy

A classic expression of Piedmontese Nebbiolo, often seen as a more approachable and refined style than Barolo. Bright aromas of red cherry and raspberry are layered with dried herbs, to***co and subtle spice.

Palate is vibrant and savoury, with polished tannins and fresh acidity carrying through dark cherry and earthy spice, finishing dry with beautiful balance and structure.
