End of an era....

Who remembers the taste of their first pig ear banh mi? It's been over ten years since we opened our doors in our first restaurant in St Kilda, full of energy and anticipation. So much has happened in that time, it truly is hard to reflect on it all. In some sad news to share with you today, we closed our doors for the last time late in 2023 and will not re-open in 2024.

So many thanks to everyone who made Uncle such a memorable experience in our lives, truly a dream come true and an experience beyond our wildest imaginings. Many hat tips to our army of amazing staff over the years and an abundance of gratitude to all of our customers, many of whom we now call friends.

We may reminisce about the past but are looking forward to adventures anew...
