We took the Croque and gave it a smoky upgrade.

[Re]introducing le Notorious P.I.G croque monsieur 👑

White wine braised pork scotch filet + pickled apple & fennel for the tang + Swiss cheese and cheddar melted on top + pork crackle for the crunch + pickles + honey drizzle to balance it all.

Served with white wine jus dipping sauce. Yes, dipping! 🤤
