Along with our attention to food, we also care about sustainability. Our menu is 95% Aussie ingredients, seafood is sustainably sourced, we use cage free eggs and all our organic food waste is diverted from landfill via the Degraves Street Recycling Facility. The restaurant has an intimate and design-savvy ambience, with leather-bound booths that are perfect for groups of friends, and with views into the open kitchen and zoned dining areas, the restaurant also makes for a chic and unique private event space.
