We've admired Nerissa and Hiran's approach to hospitality and community from afar for a long time, and we can't wait to work with them! Our amazing new group of trainees, the Winter Scarf '26 cohort, will be looking after the front of house (with support from some amazing Scarf mentors of course), while Hiran and his team deliver a super tasty set menu. When? Tuesday nights in August! 📅
