It all starts with free-range baby pork ribs. Each rack is coated in our house-made pepper rub before spending over 8 hours in the smoker, low and slow, until perfectly tender. They’re smothered in our peach & jalapeño glaze. The result? Sweet, smoky, sticky ribs. Order a half rack, go all in with the full rack, or tackle them as part of our Hank’s Platter 🌶️
