Emilia opened in mid-2015 in the space previously home to Gills Diner. We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen at Trattoria Emilia & Emilietta.

Full time, rotating roster with two days off including Sunday. Day and night shifts. Closed on public holidays and over Christmas. Staff meal every service, plus a team discount across Trattoria Emilia and Emilietta. And a team of rockstars.
