Ok this story recieved alot of engagement so it needed a place on my feed !
The one person that voted "no" was me ... by accident!
Lets talk about the "rush" for a second? 🫁
Mornings are a sprint, days are back-to-back, and by the time the weekend hits, we're not resting — we're recovering. And then Sunday night rolls around and instead of feeling refreshed, we're already bracing for Monday.
It's a cycle. Run down → crash → spend "rest" time planning the next round of running. No wonder we're exhausted.
Here's what's helping me and could help pull you out of it, even just a little:
🌬️ Breathe on purpose. It tells your nervous system "we're not in danger," even when your to-do list disagrees.
🧠 Go for a walk !
📵 Protect YOUR weekend. Not for admin, not for meal prep, not for catching up — just for you. No agenda. Your nervous system needs downtime that isn't productive downtime.
💛 Say no to something. One thing. This week. That's it.
We weren't built to sprint constantly — we were built to move, then rest, then move again. If you're feeling like it's all too much lately, you are so not alone. Let's figure this out together.
👇 Drop a 🙋♀️ if you're in the thick of it too.
