t will bring much loved classic Tori ramen soup that complements all elements when served. Diners will be given two choices of soup base: Hakata Gensuke’s original Tori Gyokai broth – a flavourful creamy soup base made from chicken bones and dashi; and Tori Shoyu – a clear pure chicken broth, both light and satisfying. Both soup bases use a special house-blend soy sauce Kaeshi, created by mixing 3 types of soy, 20 traditional Japanese seasonings and 5 types of seafood. A slightly thicker noodle will accompany the soup as the texture goes perfectly well in balancing the unique flavor of the broth. Not forgotten, the ever important Tori Cha-Shu, succulent and tender chicken breast slices with a hint of soy marinade, beautifully placed on top of the soup and noodle.
