​A modern take on the rustic Thai classic. Tender, slow-poached quail served in a vibrant, herb-forward jungle curry broth. Featuring an aromatic blend of krachai, fresh green peppercorns, and seasonal farm-fresh vegetables. Intensely flavorful, spicy, and perfectly balanced.
