The judges at the Australian W**e List of the Year Awards 2026 highlighted what may be the largest collection of Raveneau Chablis in an Australian pub, alongside the depth of our collection, thoughtful selection of producers and dedication to cellaring.

We’re incredibly proud to once again be awarded 3 Glasses, the highest glass rating reserved for outstanding w**e lists.

A wonderful recognition of Katarina Lange, Kamiya Parekh and the entire team behind a w**e program built with care over many years.

A look back at a beautiful afternoon welcoming Spring at Botanical.

Our Spring Ladies Lunch brought together good company, a four-course menu and an afternoon dedicated to Ch*****ne Taittinger, with Hilary Fordham DipWSET and Botanical Hotel Sommelier Kamiya Parekh guiding guests through the stories, flavours and artistry behind each glass.

From Derby Day through to Stakes Day, settle in for every race live and loud across six screens, with free entry, DJs from the last race and plenty happening across the week.

For those making a day of it, our Cup Day and Oaks Day lunches pair three courses with Taittinger Brut on arrival and sommelier-selected w**es throughout the afternoon.
