As a business owner, I decided to place trust in your services, expecting a fair and symbiotic partnership. To my dismay, over a 12-week period, I was charged nearly $1900 in promoted placement fees, while my revenue amounted to just around $1600. This means I did not only fail to profit, but I am still shouldering the burden of the outstanding balance.

It is evident that the structure you have in place is both unfavourable and prejudicial to small businesses like mine. The idea behind promotions and advertisements is to enhance visibility and improve business prospects. Instead, I found myself entangled in a counterproductive setup, with no tangible benefits to show for the money invested. It is disappointing, to say the least, that my business has had to endure financial stress, while we were made to believe that the services would be a boon.
