Over the years, we have wanted to make our own signature sauce. We want a classic, true to the taste of a traditional Bibimbap. We want it ‘Korean spicy’, a little sweet and deep in umami flavour. We want something that complements literally...anything.

So we got down to work 👨🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳💦 Many many tweaks and taste tests later, we have here - The Red Devil ❤️🌶💯
