Blackmore Wagyu
David Blackmore has brought over 80% of Wagyu genetics into Australia, and after careful breading, his family has been producing some of the most exceptional 100% Fullblood Wagyu in the world.
Each animal is DNA-traced, nose-print verified, and carefully paired using breeding data. The result is incredible marbling, rich flavour, and consistency that only comes from decades of dedication and refinement.
We’ve been proud to work with Blackmore Wagyu at Vue de Monde for well over a decade. These days, we work closely with David’s son Ben, who’s taken the reins and continues the family’s commitment to producing some of the world’s best beef.
