Today’s $55 Lunch set menu started with corn ribs and garlic baked camembert, with a focaccia crisp. Followed by King river MB5+ Wagyu rump and beef fat chimmichuri as well as a charcoal chicken with tandori butter, served with chef’s sides.

And for dessert, Cinder’s sticky date pudding, with whiskey caramel and ice cream.
