We don't often post raw fish online but today's BLUE GRENADIER is just too spectacular not to get the lime light. 🌟

Skip the flake and try something different tonight.

Soft, sweet and moist, blue grenadier is perfect in beer batter or crumbs. It's worth noting, we don't recommend grilling blue grenadier as it is so very delicate.
