When a massive order for the Pointcook Basketball Club landed on a Thursday, it could have easily meant total chaos in the kitchen. We’re talking stack upon stack of family-size beasts, plenty of large pizzas, plus specialized gluten-free and dairy-free options so every player and family got taken care of.

Instead of panic, our crew stepped up and turned the kitchen into a high-speed, finely oiled machine.
From mapping out the prep and firing up the ovens to double-checking every single dietary order, the team worked side-by-side on the floor to make sure the production line never missed a beat. The synergy was off the charts—everyone played their role to perfection and kept the momentum going at full speed.

The result? All 132 pizzas arrived piping hot and right on the dot—and the Pointcook Basketball Club organizers couldn't stop raving about the service! 🏀

​Ever wonder how the pros judge a truly great bowl of pasta? Forget complex science; here is the highly factual (and entirely serious) rubric for evaluating your noodles:
​The Al Dente Test: Al dente literally translates to "to the tooth." If your pasta is mushy, it fails. If it has a slight, satisfying chew that makes your jaw do a little bit of work, it gets an A+.
​The Sauce Adhesion: A good pasta shape is engineered to be a vehicle for flavor. If the sauce slides right off and leaves you with naked noodles, it’s a culinary tragedy. If the sauce clings to the pasta for dear life, we have a winner.
