Flame-grilled skewers at Times, straight from the heart of the kitchen. The grill is where it all happens, a little smoke, a little char, and our signature basting brushed on until they’re glossy, caramelised, and full of flavour.

The chicken parmigiana - marinated and breaded in-house, topped with ham, Napoli and bubbling melt of mozzarella and tasty cheese, nasi goreng loaded with pork, chicken, prawn and all the good bits, and the flame-grilled half chicken marinated in chilli yoghurt and glazed with our house-fermented chilli sauce, served with zaatar flatbread and chips.
