Dolan Uyghur Cuisine The word "Uyghur" means to join or form an alliance, referring to era when Uyghurs formed themselves into nomadic Turkic confederations.

Established in 2013, Dolan Uyghur cuisine is an easy one to miss, tucked away on 166 Little Lonsdale. Uyghur food is prominently known for it's combination of delicious flavors from the influence of Central Asia, Russia and the Mediterranean featuring a wide variety of dishes. All our produce is sourced from fresh, local, halal/ethical suppliers, paired with an unbeatable price point.
