Something that connects Rajasthan and Australia is their
resilience to heat. The Kangaroo Keema Dal Baati is born
out of that connection.

Originally made with lentils to feed armies, these little balls
of nutrition evolved into luxurious parcels of meat when
Mughal royalty made their way to Rajasthani kitchens.

Ours, reimagined from the Outback, comes stuffed with
Kangaroo for a richer evolution. Stay tuned, we have more
to say about this one.
