🫒 Olive Tapenade. Travel to the sunny south of France with this classic condiment. Made from crushed black olives, garlic, capers, cornichons & aromatic herbs, it’s perfect on bread, crackers or stirred into your favourite dishes.

🐔 Chicken Tarragon Rillettes. Slow cooked chicken Maryland with mustard and tarragon for delicate, moist flavour. Delicious spread over crusty bread with pickles for a French inspired snack.

🐷 Pork Rillettes. Pork shoulder and fat, seasoned with salt, pepper & nutmeg, slow cooked to perfection. Serve with crusty bread and pickled onions or cornichons for a truly indulgent bite.
