Featuring a modified shipping container on the back of a truck with a huge 2.5 tonne Stefano Ferrara pizza oven that definitely means serious pizza business �

We pride ourselves on a quality product, using only the best products from the best suppliers. We have the capabilities of catering for large events such as festivals, weddings, Birthday party’s and much much more. Owners Geoff and Bridget have over 30 years experience combined in hospitality in both cheffing and organising events, so you will be in great hands. We pride ourselves in our punctuality, reliability and care to provide you with a quality service/ product for your next event.

MALABAR, WE’RE BACK AND BAKING!

The oven is fired up and we’re back at Pioneer’s Park, Malabar, 4-8pm today.

We can’t wait to see you!

A huge thank you to Ferretti Group Australia for getting the heart and soul of our pizza truck back in action.

Travelling with a 2.5-tonne Italian brick oven means it cops plenty of vibration/ wear and tear. We were very nervous about the repairs, but Pietro took the time to explain every step and put our minds at ease.

Special thanks to Anthony and his brother, who spent hours meticulously restoring the oven. This is no easy job, it involves crawling inside the mouth of the oven and working while lying on your back.

The care and effort they put into it was incredible.

Pietro has also been so patient throughout the past week, guiding us through the curing process and answering all my questions.

We’re incredibly grateful. If you’re looking for a quality oven backed by people who truly care, we couldn’t recommend this team more highly.

Now, let’s get back to baking lots of beautiful pizzas.

🔥 EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE 🔥

Our Happy as Larry pizza truck is taking a little time off for urgent oven repairs. Life on the road means our oven cops plenty of vibration, and a few bricks have shifted out of place.
The truck will be closed next week while we carry out repairs, allow everything to cure and slowly bring the oven back up to temperature. It’s a process we can’t rush!

We’re sorry to miss you next week. Please send all the good vibes our way for a smooth repair, we’ll keep you posted on when we’re back baking!

In the meantime please pop over to our restaurant LARRY’S PIZZERIA where the pizzas and drinks will be flowing non stop

San Marzano tomato base, fior di latte, Pino’s smoky, spicy Calabrian salami, olives, Larry’s signature hot honey and fresh handmade burrata.
