Inspired by Eastern European tradition, made for the Sunshine Coast.
Slow-cooked for hours with paprika, garlic and caraway, then finished at high heat for that irresistible golden crackling. Served with our house-made chilli tomato adjika, charred sweet corn and creamy mashed potato.
