Emjays Coffee in the Maroochydore Homemaker Centre is looking for a vibrant, happy junior to add to the team.

Ideally we are looking for a school aged person that can work varying shift days during the week (2pm-5.30pm) and at least one weekend day per week. Approx 15hrs per week.

Duties will include cleaning, serving customers, running tables, simple kitchen hand work. We will train coffee knowledge to the right person. Above all we are looking for someone that is consistent, reliable and friendly.

Emjays Maroochydore Homemaker Centre is on the hunt for a short order cook.

We are in need of a cook to join our team. Hours available between 15-30+ to suit your needs.

Hours are 7.30-3.30pm 7 days a week. Flexible days are available but need you available Sundays and Mondays.

We produce a number of Wraps, Turkish Sandwichs, Sweets, plus our lunch and breakfast menu.

We will fully train you, but experience in this field is desirable.

We are looking for talented, experienced Barista with the desire, skill and personality to work within our energetic team in Maroochydore.

As a barista, you will consistently deliver coffee to the highest standard. While all baristas will undergo training, you will serve as in-house quality control for each cup. You will need to be committed to team building, have demonstrable experience and a high level of skill in the craft of coffee.

Role Responsibilities:
·Consistently demonstrate highest standards of coffee preparation
·Expedite and serve delicious sweet and savoury foods; this can include assembly, delivery and clearing of these treats
·Maintain work area, and daily maintenance of coffee/espresso equipment
·Implement shift protocols to ensure efficient, friendly service and high quality coffee
·Responsible for opening and closing procedures including cashier duties
·Must be available on weekends

Looking ideally for a school leaver that wants to learn all aspects of the hospitality industry, however will consider others with Barista experience as well as proven customer service skills.
