Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to a high standard
• Run your station efficiently during busy service periods
• Assist with daily prep, presentation, and menu specials
• Maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment
• Follow food safety requirements and club procedures
• Work closely with the Head Chef and team to support smooth operations
• Assist with stock rotation, portion control, and minimising wastage
