Shish, a small family-owned Uzbek restaurant in Mareeba, is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team.

About the Role
* Assist with preparation of traditional Uzbek meals
* Help with food serving during lunch and dinner service
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
* Assist with basic cooking and kitchen duties as required
* Work as part of a friendly team in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Reliable and punctual
* Ability to work lunch and dinner shifts
* Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential
* Interest in learning about traditional Uzbek cuisine is an advantage
