Today I'm sharing one of my favourite comfort bakes – a moist and delicious Banana Cake topped with silky Cream Cheese Frosting. Perfect for afternoon tea, family gatherings, or simply using up those ripe bananas sitting on the bench.

✨ Behind the Scenes at Cake by the Ocean ✨

These adorable Highland Cow cupcakes are almost too cute to eat! 🐮🧁

Creating each little cow takes patience, attention to detail, and plenty of buttercream. From piping all that fluffy "fur" to adding their signature horns and shaggy fringe, every cupcake is handmade with love.
