To all our lovely Mallacoota fam it’s with a heavy heart that we want to let you know we will be having a summer off from our usual Dorron ave residence.

We had a second shop lined up that has fallen through last minute which has created some issues with our current business model.

Fear not we shall take a much needed break this summer then be back for regular programming next year. Liquor licence has been approved by council and new deck that will tie everything together should begin in march.

In the meantime Matt Wilson will be jumping in our site so there is an extra alternative this summer.

Thanks for all your support the last two summers and look forward to seeing you all again soon,

Spent the last two days in Warragul partaking in the “big pig weekend” at . Can’t recommend this event enough as an introduction to charcuterie or if your looking to perfect your salumi, terrine and sausage making game. The degustation put on by Trevor Perkins Saturday night at is enough of a reason to come back next year.

We’ve wrapped up our second season in Mallacoota and have finally had some time to reflect on another fun summer.

A big thank you to all the locals/regular visitors for your continued support. Bonnie/Christian at the butcher, the guys at IGA, , and finally and for being the best neighbours we could ask for.

Look forward to seeing you all again next summer, in the meantime keep an eye out for us in Melbourne later in the year 👋
