When we created our burger range we wanted large portions of meat to provide value and satisfy your hunger. Before cooking, our beef and cheeseburgers are made with great tasting 180g gourmet beef patties. Chicken burgers with 100% 180g southern coated chicken breast schnitzel. Fish burgers with 180g Australian Hoki fish fillets. Compare our 180g to one of the largest burger chains, who use 45g beef patties. Their popular two patty burger only has 90g of meat. Great leadership often emerges sooner than expected, and that is certainly the case for Claire and Noa. We are thrilled to share that, at just 18 years of age, both Claire and Noa have taken on the responsibility of managing shifts at the pizza shop.

Next time you're in the shop, be sure to give a massive shoutout to our newest shift managers. We couldn't be luckier to have them leading the charge!

While we are acknowledging our great team, we also want to say a huge thank you to the parents that drop off, pick up and wait for our team when working at Rusty's. Without you doing what you do for your kids, they couldn’t do what they do for us. We are very grateful. A special shout out to Cooper's mum.

Do you know we use deep pizza pans so we can pile on the toppings? We roll the dough thin and line the side of the pan, resulting in a crispy edge all around. Tonight's a great night for pizza!
