As many of you know, there have recently been changes around surcharging customers for card transactions when tapping at the till.

What you might not know is that we’ve always chosen to absorb those costs ourselves, rather than passing them on to you.

And honestly, that’s something we’re really proud of.

We know times are tough and that every little bit adds up. For us, it’s always been about looking after our customers, and we don’t want you to feel like you’re being charged extra just for grabbing your morning coffee, enjoying breakfast with us or stopping in for a treat.

Your support and loyalty mean so much to us, and we want your experience with us to be about good coffee, good food, friendly service and feeling welcome — not unexpected extra costs.

We’ve always been for the customer, and we intend to stay that way. 🥰

Thank you for supporting our little business, for choosing us, and for coming back time and time again.

We genuinely appreciate every single one of you. ❤️☕️
