10 YEARS! 🥹🤍
What started as a kitchen hand position — aka our professional dishwashing technician 🤣 — turned into working FOH and serving customers, learning to make coffee, and now, Manager.
And in the 15th August, you are officially our Second team member to hit 10 years with us! 🥳 ( Mum was the first 😊 thanks Mum )
There have been plenty of ups, and I’m sure plenty of downs, but 10 years later, here we are. Watching you step up, grow and become the person and employee you are today has been pretty special, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier or prouder to have you as part of our team.
You care about your team members, you know how to have a good time, and most importantly… you know how to keep a bloody good clean cafe 🤣
Thank you for all of your hard work, dedication and, most of all, your loyalty over the past decade. Ten years is a huge achievement, and one that definitely doesn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated.
