Well guys, not being a big one for posting, I just wanted to say thanks to those who have supported us the past few weeks. Life always comes with challenges, both good and bad and not without uncertainty. From the high of kids getting their licenses and opening the new cafe, all the way down to the loss of loved ones.
Some of our regulars are of our recent issues and we thank you for your well wishes.

Unfortunately, we very recently lost my 62yr old mother after she hit her head last week. The result of a dizzy spell that caused her to fall. The call to say that she was in active death was the worst call I have ever answered. My hand on her chest as she took her final breath is a moment

Luckily, we have a great team around us. Our support network is amazing and our staff (although young and still in training) all banded together to do the best they know how. As usual, it was the juniors who stepped up, and for this we deeply thank you. No one is perfect, but being there for someone in their time of need and trying your best in an unknown situation shows great character.

Life will always throw challenges and negativity your way, it's how you handle it that matters. You never see what's happening if you walk around with your eyes closed so don't be so quick to judge.

Day 3 and we are off and running. It’s beeen great meeting the locals and catching up for a chat with a few old regulars.

Great news guys.
We can finally announce that we will be officially open for business this Wednesday, 9th July at 7am.
Our regular trading hours will be Tuesday - Saturday 7am-2pm and Sunday 7am 12 noon. Possible extended hours and some afternoon/evenings as the weather warms up.

We are so excited and can't wait for you all to see the new place so come on down and say hi.

Have flexible hours incl weekends
Are a happy, cheerful people person
Have good problem-solving skills
Can self-manage
Available for immediate start with reliable transport

kitchen staff, (cooks and kitchen hand/dishy) service staff, baristas, weekend Juniors (available school holidays).
Hours range from 6am-3pm 7 days, with occasional afternoons or evenings depending on functions.

Georges has been officially retired and Opening day for Munch N Grind is fast approaching.
Unfortunately, we were not able to open this weekend due to council staffing availability for final approval.
Apologies to those who planned on coming down.
All going to plan, we will be open early next week.
We have a great new menu for you all (with a few of the old faves), as well as a large variety of juices / smoothies. Of course, our signature coffee, designed by Primal, will be available.

So, if you're looking for somewhere pet friendly that caters to everyone's taste these school holidays, keep an eye out for our opening confirmation post and come on down and meet the munchkins. P.S. The view isn't too bad either.
