These gorgeous little Lime Meringue Cheesecakes make an impressive dessert . They are decadent and rich, but light in texture and a big hit if you are a citrus fan. The Swiss meringue makes little puffs of marshmallow, sprinkled with a caramelized nutty mix. Perfect.

I have decided to close my little tea room for now as other priorities are creeping into my life. I have really enjoyed each and every event and celebration. I have had the honor of meeting some beautiful people and been part of many joyous occasions where family, love and connections overflow with abundance.
I truly appreciate the gift of living a healthy life and for a while wish to share some special times with those most close to me .
I will be keeping the AirB&B side of Puddings on the Deck going as well as host some one off community groups and meetings upon request but will not be open for bookings for high teas to general public until further notice. In the mean time keep enjoying the love of family and friends

It was such a privileged to host Heysen's ALP fundraiser event. Thank you to everyone who came and supported the effort. An enormous thank you to Rowan and Zoe for their shared voice, knowledge and commitment to the values of the Australian Labor Party; you are inspirational and exciting. Thanks Zoe for your photography skill, Lucy for your gorgeous dahlias, Graham for the home extracted honey that remains on sale and finally Amber for being a great help on the day.
