A quick reminder that our kitchen and coffee machine will be closed between 8:30-3:30 tomorrow.

The doors will still be open for grab and go during that time.

It will be business as usual from 7am-8:30 am and from 3:30pm-7:00pm.

On Friday 2nd October, our kitchen will be closed from 9am to 3pm while our team brushes up their barista skills with some coffee training.

We'll still have plenty to keep you going:
🥧 Hot pies
🥖 A selection of baguettes, turkish sandwiches and croissants
🥤 Cold drinks

Dining room seating will be limited, but don't let that stop you! Pop in, grab something tasty and say hello.

We’re calling it a little earlier tonight!

We’ll be closing thegood egg at 6pm tonight to make sure the community can get behind a fantastic local fundraiser.

🎉 Kicking off at 7pm, "Lucindale Sole Sisters" will be hosting "The Big Music Mash-up" to raise funds for their Beyond Blue Coastrek. We’d love to see Lucindale get behind the team and support a great cause!

Round up your cleverest crew, bring along your music trivia knowledge (or your best guesswork 😉) and enjoy a great night out.

And of course, if quiz night isn’t your thing, the pub will be in full swing with meals too! 🍽️🍻

Thanks for understanding our early close. Community is at the heart of Thegoodegg, and we love seeing our little town get behind events like this. 💚

🩷 Fresh out of the oven this morning! 🩷

After yesterday’s Sweet Chilli Cheese Scrolls flew out the door, we’ve been busy baking again!

Today’s cabinet is stocked with:

✨ And plenty of other delicious homemade treats.

Perfect for morning tea, lunch, or an afternoon pick-me-up with your favourite coffee. ☕🍰

📢 A quick update for Friday next week:
This Friday we’ll be closing a little earlier than usual as the pub prepares for its very first dinner service under the new management.

🍴 Kitchen closes at 5:00pm
🍞 Café closes at 6:00pm

Over the past 12 months, we've poured 12,284 coffees at thegoodegg. 🤯

That's 12,284 opportunities to catch up with friends, celebrate good news, solve the world's problems, welcome new faces, and simply take a moment to slow down.

When we opened our doors, we hoped thegoodegg would become more than just a café. We wanted it to be a place where our community could connect, and seeing so many familiar faces (and plenty of new ones!) has made every early morning worthwhile.

This week, Ryder popped in and proudly ordered himself a Pup Cup, making him our official four-legged coffee count contributor. We'd say he was our cutest customer of the week! 🐾❤️

To every single person who has stopped in for a coffee, a chat, a laugh, or simply a friendly smile, thank you. You've helped make thegoodegg what it is today, and we couldn't be more grateful.

BREAKING NEWS!

After months of rumours, sightings in trucks and disappearing into paddocks...

Mark does, in fact, work at Thegoodegg! 😄

The fertiliser spreading season has finally wound down, so our Original Good Egg should be making a few more appearances behind the counter.

He's traded the spreader for an apron and is brushing up on everything there is to know about running the best little deli in the South East.

Pop on in to Thegoodegg and if you see him, be prepared to have a conversation (and maybe don't ask him to make your coffee just yet... 😜).
