Thanks everyone for such beautiful words. It makes the hard journey worth every step. All the rest of my team are nothing less than suiper stars. Chef Fon is ready to just up and show us her skill she have learnt at take over the last 2 year . So all we need now is if somebody knows a good chef or even a cook to help my kitchen staff and we will back before you know it . Thanks again all you awesome people out there. Yes sad but true but not much I can do when you have an awesome team like I have other than a few. I have kept it open every day with 7 different Muppet up to now.but i need a break. I will do my best to comeback from this mainly for you guys and all my others awesome staff. But after 2 years I need a bit of a break and rethink. Sorry again but those that know me know that I've been to hell and back to do this on a tight budget. Time to sleep for a week and have a rethink. Watch this space and thanks again for all your support. I love you all xn

Experience is not essential – we are happy to provide training for the right people with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
