Thank you to Samantha Brown and the Places to Love crew for visiting Shingle Inn City Hall over the weekend. It was a pleasure to share our story, from the American servicemen who helped shape our menu during WWII to our much-loved Patty Cakes and Lamingtons enjoyed across generations.

We can’t wait to see Brisbane’s stories come to life on screen next year!
