Our approach to the dishes we create at Little Hutong,

is one based on our deep interest in produce, technique, flavour and taste - garnered from our dining experiences, travel, research and curiosity. We often start from an authentic Asian base, but also allow ourselves to be heavily influenced by the flavours and techniques of other types of cuisines and cultures. This has resulted in an exceedingly versatile kitchen, that is able to produce a wide array of dishes, from simple street food, to more refine, gastronomical and complex cuisine. This flexibility and diversity feeds back into our dining service, that allows us to offer our patrons a multitude of choice in their dining experience and catering to various budgets. Our patrons come for quick meals, authentic Asian street food, date nights, culinary foodies, bespoke dining, Omakase dining, as well as custom dining and special requests. With a little bit of time and some information of what a customer desires, there is much that our Chef de Cuisine can create. Feedback and deep customer engagement is also what fuels our ability to create better and better food at Little Hutong. We continue to continually improve and advance our cuisine because our customers are not afraid to let us know how they feel, what they think and what they want. In a blink of an eye 8 years has passed and our lease is ending. Sadly, we have decided not to renew our lease. This will be our last 2 weeks of trading, until we find a new home for our unique and beloved cuisine. Love y'all to bits (except the haters and the whingers ha!)
